I can legally vote, but I have no intention of voting until a suitable candidate is put on the ballot. Someone who will lead this country in the right ways of the Lord. Both of these candidates have expressed intention of placing ungodly abominable people in their cabinet positions if elected. Many like to think that their pet dog will go to heaven, so how about the dinosaurs? They lived on Earth for 250 million years. I read this morning that Homo sapiens (since evolving from apes) have lived for just 150 thousand years. This means that dinosaurs were around for over 1600 times as long as man has lived so far. Does this in any way cause a Christian to pause for thought on Man’s place in the universe? Was God just practising with the dinosaurs till he got down to the serious business of creating Man? Just to clarify so that innocent minds don’t get the wrong idea about the present state of evolution theory regarding human origins. The break away lineage from the ancestor of other primates occurred about 6-8 million years ago, based upon present evidence. Note, humans are not descended from any primate alive today. The final result, after much progression and a few dead ends is the humans we see today, which only have evidence of being on this planet, as the poster said, around 100-200 000 years, based upon present evidence.
