I’d doubt that. You mean somehow the fetus is a different person once it is born? It’s not a person *until* it’s born. See Amendment XIV for particulars of citizenship: human, alive, and born. Per Amendment XIV a Fetus Is human, alive, and will be born (and is therefore it is a person).
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States…" "born", not "will be born".
