1 Small can tomato paste 1 Can water (from the tomato paste can) 1 Can Tuna packed in oil (not water packed) (If you only have water packed tuna, add 1 tbsp olive oil) 1 Bay leaf. Mix the tomato paste, water, tuna and bay leaf in a heavy club aluminum pot. Slowly bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Let simmer on low for 45 minutes. Serve over your favorite pasta. I have never tried tuna, but I have done a "regular spaghetti" and substituted shrimp (regular size, or "popcorn")for the ground beef. — Buny http://members.delphi.com/sumbuny/index.html
