Here is some info I found to help all you to make up your mind about his asshole status. He has been posting this iron stuff on 82 other newsgroups. He IS DANGEROUS. Jack Well ""MOUSE"", is that better? I used your name out of being more personal trying to reason with you. Even you don’t know what’s going on in everyone’s head just like you said to us. As for whining? Well let me tell all of you a story here about The Watchman and what he did yesterday. All of the email addresses he posted here for my coworkers and many more, he sent that same complaint message to. That’s right! To our Lab director, the lab lawyers, many of the upper managers, my Division head as well as half of my co-workers. He caused quite a problem with our mail servers in the morning. When our network security blocked his name/ISP ID , he then went to yahoo and tried reposting it under another name to everybody again. They stopped it that time at the servers. So all morning long I was getting calls from people, my boss asked me to not post from work any more, which I agreed too. He interrupted a lot of work and I think he will really wish he hadn’t by the time everything that has been put into motion plays out. You see, his ISP specifically states this: Rules and Policies…                 Member acknowledges that he/she/it is expressly prohibited from utilizing                 Nucleus, Nucleus’ equipment or any Nucleus electronic mail address in                 connection with the sending of the same or substantially similar unsolicited                 electronic mail message, whether commercial or not, to a large number of                 recipients. This prohibition extends to the sending of unsolicited mass                 mailings from another service which in any way implicates the use of Nucleus,                 Nucleus’ equipment or any Nucleus electronic mail address.                 A message is unsolicited if it is posted in violation of a USENET or newsgroup                 charter and/or if it is sent to a recipient who has not requested or invited the                 message. For purposes of this provision, merely making one’s e-mail address                 accessible to the public shall not constitute a request or invitation to receive                 messages.                 Member specifically agrees that he/she/it will not utilize Nucleus, Nucleus’                 equipment or any Nucleus electronic mail address in connection with the                 transmission of the same or substantially similar unsolicited message to 50 or                 more recipients or 15 or more USENETs or newsgroups in a single day. For                 each day upon which this provision is violated, Member agrees to pay Nucleus                 damages to compensate for the lost goodwill such a violation causes. Member                 agrees to pay Nucleus $100 per day for an unintentional violation of this                 provision, but where warranted, such as in the case of an accidental                 transmission, Nucleus may waive all or part of the applicable charge. In cases                 of willful violations of this provision, Member agrees to pay Nucleus $2000 per                 day. Nucleus at its sole discretion shall determine whether a violation was                 unintentional or willful. Payment by member under this provision shall not                 prevent Nucleus from seeking to obtain other legal remedies against member,                 including other damages or an injunction. So, you see that because he did it twice, to as many people where I work as you could, maybe 200-300, maybe 1000, I’m not sure at this point, but he really did violate his ISP rules big time. This is definitely a ‘case of willful violation’ which as you can read above they can charge $2,000 per day. No one is laughing now. We certainly didn’t take it as a joke. For everybody’s information too, he accused me of stalking him. I posted a message in one, that’s right, only one other news group sci.med.laboratory. Under no one’s definition other than his is that stalking. On the other hand I ran a check on him on google the other night and stopped when I got tired at "82" newsgroups that he is actively posting his Iron chelating, Iron blood-letting nonsense to just like this news group. I’ve studied the research and after lengthy deliberation (10 minutes) I’m ready to do it! I’ve decided to perform my own blood-letting…should save me a few bucks.  Any idea how much and how often?  I weigh 220 lbs. It isn’t *necessarily* a disease.. It is excess iron in the bodies tissues. There are books ‘out there’.. but none on the web.. discussing the older methods of bloodletting. One book I would like to read is one referring to the work of ‘Hildegard of Bengen’.. I believe .. who was considered to be a ’saint’.. and she used bloodletting extensively in her work. I believe someone would be doing the world a SERVICE if they somehow WERE to post a GOOD method of self bloodletting. I have read about ‘cupping’ a type of acupuncture in which blood is released .. but what I have been able to understand is that not really a whole lot of blood is released. ================================================================= and also: From: watchman (watch…@nucleus.com)  Subject: Re: Japanese Girl Needs Nutritional Guidance  Newsgroups: misc.fitness.weights  Date: 2000/02/28 In article <RsSt4.14$5%7.586890…@news.onr.com>,   "Elzi Volk" <vo…@onr.com> wrote: >> watchman wrote in message….snipped… >> So you’re implying here that iron is the root of all human diseases? >And all diseases are caused simply by excess oxidation? > Are you a life-extensionist?

Yes iron is the root of all human disease. SOME diseases are simply excess oxidation, others lack of certain nutrients displaced or destroyed by iron. snip….. At one time in Japan , bloodletting was considered a cure for leprosy. Bloodletting/bleeding is the only way one can rid oneself of excess iron. ================================================================ Do you understand a little better why I reported him and why I said he needs to be reported to his ISP??
