FYI, women hold more than 85% of ALL the non-sacramental positions in the Church. Their roles being non-sacramental does not make them second class or lowly in any respect. Women are not treated as servants and are honored greatly. It is a woman that the Church honors above ALL people — the Blessed Virgin Mary, and men and woman stand with equal dignity before God.
